As your Curio-Coach, I will work with you to streamline and organize your business and creative practice in ways that are both practical and celebrate your unique needs and capacities. Together, we will establish your own creative curio cabinet of operational systems, techniques, and tools where each aspect of your creative practice and business has its place to shine.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
I take an empathetic and tactical approach to coaching. I approach each coaching engagement with an open and curious mind - assessing current systems and processes without judgement and making recommendations that are flexible and adaptable based on the specific needs of your creative practice and business.
System Set Up
I will be the set of hands and extra bandwidth that you don’t have to spend on getting process improvements and new systems set up to support your creative practice or business. Depending on the focus of our coaching sessions together, we may choose to prioritize systems supporting your business operations, digital work flow and processes, or organization of physical office/studio space.
Maintenance
Once a new system or process is in place, it’s important to continually check up on how these improvements are playing out in the realities of your day-to-day activities. My coaching engagements will always include at least one follow up coaching session and time to perform any necessarily “maintenance” adjustments to the systems we set up together.
